“South Carolina’s overall graduation rate remains among the worst in the nation – which is consistent with our state’s declining SAT and ACT scores. Also, South Carolina’s rural graduation rate ranks dead last in the country.” This quote was stated by fits news. Trying to get an education sometimes may be hard when you have no help are anyone to depend on. An education may even become frustrating at times because you have no idea on how to do the work that have been given to you. You may get inpatient and want to give up because you feel like your just not understanding the concept. A question you may ask yourself is how many students drop out of high school per year. You may ask yourself this question because you feel that learning and getting an education is just too hard and it makes you want to just give up at times. That was one of my search questions that I had researched, researched showed that just fifty five percent of South Carolina students graduate on time, which is the third lowest rate in the in the nation. This rate is well below the national average of sixty nine percent. This means that all the people you started out with in your class will not graduate. They will even have dropout by their senior year or fail their grade due conflicts they do not understand and problems in our out of school. Also researched said that diplomas rates are decreasing badly.
